Welcome to schools.smonic.com, a dedicated platform for procurement of school books, notebooks, and academic stationery.

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


2. Platform Model

This platform operates under a hybrid structure:

  • Online Platform (Smonic): Order placement, pricing, payments
  • Fulfilment Partner (Batra & Co.): Sourcing, packing, dispatch

All transactions are legally contracted with Smonic.


3. User Eligibility

You may use this platform if you are:

  • A student enrolled in a listed school
  • A parent or legal guardian
  • An authorized representative

Minors:
Users below 18 years may place orders only with parental consent. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility.


4. Mandatory Information

To place an order, the following details are required:

  • Student School Number (mandatory)
  • Full delivery address
  • Mobile number (WhatsApp enabled)
  • Email address

Orders without valid school identification may be delayed or cancelled.


5. Product Listings & Purchase Options

Option 1: Full Set

  • Maximum discount
  • Complete book set
  • Recommended for new sessions

Option 2: Custom Selection

  • Select specific items only
  • Lower discount than full set
  • Price adjusts automatically

Important:
Removing any core item reduces overall discount.


6. Pricing & Charges

6.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in INR
  • Inclusive of GST (unless stated)
  • Approved by school authorities

6.2 Discount Logic

  • Full Set = Highest discount
  • Partial Set = Reduced discount

6.3 Handling Charges

  • ₹59 included in total price
  • Not shown separately

6.4 Payment Charges

  • UPI: No charges
  • Cards/Net Banking: May include gateway fees
  • COD: Not available

7. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is successfully completed
  • Order ID is generated

Packing Process

  • Each order is video recorded
  • Labeled with Order ID
  • Video shared via WhatsApp

This ensures full transparency.


8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–4 days
  • Other areas: 5–8 days

Important Conditions

  • Address must be accurate
  • Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges
  • Refused deliveries are non-refundable

9. No Refund / No Return / No Exchange

Strict Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.

Full Set Rule

If any item is removed:

  • Entire order will be cancelled
  • Customer must reorder via custom option
  • Full-set discount is forfeited

  • No online discounts

  • No partial purchases

  • Order fulfilment
  • Customer communication

Data is not sold to third parties.


14. Intellectual Property

  • Book rights belong to publishers
  • Platform content belongs to Smonic
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited

15. Limitation of Liability

Smonic is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Courier damages
  • Syllabus changes
  • Indirect losses

Maximum liability = Order value
